Evan and I met up for a quick senior portrait session in downtown Dayton last week. Meet Evan!
Meet the Caldwell family! I think this year was the 3rd Easter in a row I’ve had the privilege of taking their portraits, and it is so fun to look back and see how the boys have changed and grown (and to imagine what future years will look like–with another little one in the mix!).
To celebrate Easter, Erin brought along some Cascarones–dyed eggs filled with confetti that you break over each others’ heads. The boys really got into it!

After snapping a few photos at baby Sylvia’s first birthday party, we headed out for an “official” one-year-old portrait session with her and her mama and papa.
They wanted to recreate an image from their engagement session–even better with a baby!
Sylvia’s grandfather hand-made this stacking toy for her. What a special gift to have as she grows up!
And, we ended by playing in the dirt in their garden. Sylvia is quite the nature-baby :)
